Child safety standards

vibeus prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) without exception. This page sets out the standards we hold the app to and what we do when we learn of a violation.
vibeus is for adults only
vibeus is for people 18 and older, in every country where it is available. Everyone confirms they are 18 or older when they sign up. An account we have reason to believe belongs to someone under 18 is suspended.
What is prohibited
Anywhere in the app — profiles, photos, plans and messages — and in how people meet through it:
- any content that sexualizes a minor, including CSAM in any form;
- grooming, or contacting a minor with sexual intent;
- soliciting, offering, sharing or linking to CSAM;
- sextortion or any other exploitation of a minor;
- using the app to arrange to meet a minor.
How to report
You can report an account, a plan or a message from inside the app, from a profile or from the plan's room. "Underage" is its own report reason. A report reaches our moderation queue immediately and is never shown to the person you reported. You can also email yunus@viberostech.com; put "Child safety" in the subject line.
What we do
- Every profile photo is checked automatically on upload; a flagged photo stays hidden until a person reviews it.
- Reports are reviewed by a person, and child safety reports are handled first.
- Content that violates these standards is removed and the account is suspended indefinitely.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including in Türkiye, and cooperate with lawful requests from them.
Compliance with the law
We comply with applicable child safety laws in every country where vibeus is available, including the obligation to report CSAM to the appropriate authorities.
